LAYAWAY AND RETURN POLICY
Local Store
LAYAWAYS:
Sew And Quilt Stores in
Killeen, Temple, and Waco, may assist customers in purchasing
products through the local store by use a Layaway
Program. The purchase will be processed through
the point of sale and the product scheduled for deliver
once full payment is made on the merchandise. The Layaway
requires a 25% deposit and no more than three monthly
payments. Taxes will be added to the transaction at the
final payment, completion of the sale, and delivery of the
product. If the item is not paid in full
within 30 days of the final due date, and approved alternative
arrangements are not made; all monies will be forfeited.
Every effort will be made to contact the customer in case of
any overdue payment.
Local Store SPECIAL
ORDERS:
All special orders must be paid for in advance.
Once product is delivered. Customer is notified
immediately. No special order merchandise is
returnable.
Local Store RETURNS:
No cut fabric returns are accepted. No
special order merchandise is
returnable. All returns must be in a
re-salable condition. All returns must be
accompanied by a sales receipt dated not more than 10
business days prior to the date of return.
All returns over $50.00 (Sewing Machines, Furniture,
Large Ticket Items) shall be subject to a restocking fee
of 25%.) Upon approval of Manager, Returns
may be exchanged for store credit certificate to be
redeemed within sixty days.
Online Sales &
Returns:
Online sales will be processed through third
party financial processing agencies. Fabric must be
purchased in 5 yard cut minimums, except when sold as
part of a kit or fat quarter or similar precut
item. All products to be returned must be in their
original packaging, in resalable condition, with original
sales receipt. Products may be returned within
thirty days for full refund minus shipping and
handling. Digital products may be returned
based on the stated promotional
guarantees.
